Ryshtein, Research Assistant at the Strategic Entrepreneurship Center, presented the work «From Identity Fusion to Resilience: The Mediating Role of Future Orientation in Family Firms». Co-authors: Galina V. Shirokova, Director at the Strategic Entrepreneurship Center, and Virginia Bodolica, Professor at the American University of Sharjah (UAE).
