On March 11, an important educational meeting took place within the framework of the MP Finance – a guest lecture by Alexander Leonidovich Vyalkov, a well-known expert in the field of banking and finance, Professor of the Finance Department of the SHEM. The event was held within the framework of the Mentor's Seminar discipline, the main purpose of which is to present a different view of financial disciplines and the future profession.

Alexander Leonidovich Vyalkov, who has extensive professional experience in the banking sector, shared his unique knowledge and practical observations with the audience. His career spans more than 30 years of active involvement in the banking sector, starting with his position on the Board of the Primorsky Bank of Sberbank of Russia and ending with his work as Vice President of the BSPB and Professor of Finance at the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

     Modern commercial banks face a complex of challenges related to macroeconomic instability, technological changes and increased regulation. However, these same factors create opportunities for transformation: digitalization, ecosystem development, and a focus on customer orientation can become growth drivers. The key success factors in the coming years will be banks' ability to adapt to new conditions, invest in technology, and manage risks.During the meeting, Alexander Vyalkov highlighted the most important aspects of modern banking and financial management.:
