Advanced accounting knowledge in HSE SPb from the top professionals from Technologies of Trust
At 14th of October as part of the course on International Financial Reporting Standards of the Finance specialization at International Bachelor's in Business and Economics in HSE SPb there took place a meeting on the complicated, rare and highly professional accounting topic with the colleagues from one of the top audit and consulting companies of Russia Technologies of Trust (TeDo). The topic is related to advanced accounting – derivative instruments, their economic substance and presentation in Financial reports, not often yet used in Russia, while spread in the world financial markets. “Forwards, futures, options, swap contracts, call and put, forex, interest rates, fuel, gold, coffee...” - all that is about derivatives, hedging or speculation, income and expenses, large income and large expenses.
