A first exam of the National association of financial directors of Russian took place in the Higher school of economics in Saint-Petersburg

We are glad to announce that the department of finance of the Higher school of management became a partner of the first Russian qualification «National Association of Financial Directors» (NAFD) https://нафд.рф/, analogue of the qualifications of CIMA, CMA and ACCA. The NAFD certification is actively supported by the largest Russian companies, including Gazprom neft,
T-bank, Norkickel.

As part of this partnership at December the 16th in the building at Kantemirovskaya str. we hosted the first exam of the December session «Performance management».

Association was established in 2022

·        with the mission to develop and support high level of the professional qualification of financial directors, to increase business efficiency and to strengthen the work of the public institutions;

·        as an active community, aiming at development and popularization of the profession;

·        with the access to the knowledge and advanced practices, active professional networking.

Association holds business events, where the participators meet their colleagues, discuss working issues and exchange experience. Exams of the association give the independent valuation of the competences. The community conducts a research, forms clear, understandable and objective standards and requirements of the professional knowledge and skills of financial directors and specialists in economics and finance, supports professional and career growth of young specialists, spreads leading knowledge and experience.

Students of the 3rd year of education of financial specialization actively participated in the organization of the exam as volunteers. For the students it is a chance to become a part of the developing financial community of our city, of professionals of different directions and levels, to see how the exams pass, tune to the growth and success.
