Get into the HSE University–St Petersburg Lifestyle on Students' Day
On January 25, the Rope Shop Educational Space of HSE University–St Petersburg will host a large festival to celebrate Russian Students' Day. The event will bring together students, professors, employees, friends, applicants, and anyone looking to get into the student spirit. Read on to find out about the key events of this day and how to become a part of it.
Being a student is a special state that remains with us forever. It's a time for discoveries, finding oneself, vivid emotions, and true friendship. This is the mood that HSE University–St Petersburg will share with all guests of the event devoted to Students' Day.
The programme includes dozens of events: serious discussions with researchers and businessmen, a public talk with an Olympic champion, creative workshops on animation and calligraphy, and more. Guests will have a chance to attend presentations of experts leading companies such as VK, RBC, t2, SberBank, Ozon Tech, and other university partners.
One highlight will be the launch of a new educational project—RBC Workshop. At the presentation, students will learn how to boost their skills in working with texts, videos, and marketing tools guided by professional mentors, as well as find out more about internships and career opportunities.
All day, the Rope Shop building will be full of creative activities; guests will be able to attend an art market, create customised objects, do a quest for prospective students, get to know the history of the Rope Shop, participate in workshops, check out the exhibitions, and attend exclusive film screenings.
The festival will finish with a big concert featuring a guest star and hits performed by the Kinda Session band.
