Course Syllabus

Abstract

E-Business is a programme training experts in managing business with the use of the Internet. The programme includes disciplines necessary for business activities, both with the use of the and without the use of the Internet. At the same time, it involves a strong technological component. It covers the whole spectrum of IT, but focuses on telecommunication technologies, particularly the Internet. As part of the human-science branch of the programme, the specifics of individual behavior in the Internet are studied, as well as the issues of application of agent programmes endowed with social behaviour. In addition to that, the course involves a broad managerial component providing an interdisciplinary competency. Special attention is paid to research work. The educational programme includes research seminars as well as pedagogical and research practical training.

  • To acquaint students with the core competence of e-business and e-commerce formats.
