Organisational Meeting for First‑Year Students

Dear first-year students!

Congratulations on your admission to the master’s programme  "International Business in the Asia-Pacific Region"! We are delighted to welcome you to the community of St. Petersburg School of Economics and Management.

We invite you to a welcome meeting on 1 September at 19:00. It will take place at 3A Kantemirovskaya St., Room 436.

At this meeting, we would like to introduce you to the main features of the study process, as well as the programme’s academic leadership and administrative staff. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers directly from them.

An email containing instructions on how to activate your corporate email account and access university systems has been sent to the email address you provided during admission. Please activate your email and set up your access.

To process your student ID and electronic pass that grants access to university buildings, you must promptly upload your photo to the "Start of Studies" module within the "YAUchus" (IStudy) service and check the status (the photo must be approved).

You must bring your passport to the meeting. Please note that entry to the building is not possible without a passport.

At the meeting, you will need to sign:

1.            Acknowledgment Form for HSE University’s Charter and Key Internal Bylaws;

2.            Consent Form for the Processing of the Personal Data

3.            Consent Form for Consenting to the Terms of the Agreement (Offer) Between Participants in Electronic Communications on the Application of Digital Signatures.
