Students and graduates, we are happy to inform you that on February 1, 2018 a new call for applications to the International Mobility Programmes for Fall semester 2018/2019 academic year starts till March 1, 2018. Within the framework of the international agreements of the HSE, St. Petersburg there are exchange programs with 46 universities in 23 countries. For some of these programs there is an opportunity to receive a scholarship. Besides, the students of the campus may benefit from the participation at the university-wide call for applications, which is coordinated by HSE Moscow Student International Mobility Office.
Both state-funded and fee-paying HSE St Petersburg's students can apply for the exchange programme, provided they meet the following criteria:
- at least 4 sessions completed for Bachelors (recommended for third-year students)
- at least 1 session completed for Masters
- postgrads if there are spots available
- good academic performance (ranking and GPA)
- language certificates (including IETLS, TOEFL etc., if required in the host institution)
- no failed exams
- preference is given to students who have not previously participated in exchange programs
