Our students obtained their Bachelors' diplomas in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Mathematics, State and Municipal Governance. Some of our students got their Bachelors abroad - in the United Kingdom and the USA.

Why do they become our students?
There are several answers. For example, here you can find an interview with our Chinese student, who tries to find his explanations.

How we develop their knowledge and skills?

The programme considers the personal development of its students as an integral part of the learning process in order to develop their personal and professional skills. Receiving of both professional and soft skills is reflected in the curriculum. Students benefit from special modules on academic writing, time management, team building, and presentation skills within the Research Seminar.

Additionally, students are encouraged to participate in the number of co-curriculum activities like career advising, professional training and guest lectures by corporate partners, company site visits and internships in HSE St.Petersburg research centres in case they wish to pursue an academic career. There is a plenty of student initiatives providing meaningful tools for personal development, like case competitions, research conferences, debate clubs and the like.

The research-led education means that a special attention is paid to students’ potential as researchers. They are special student positions in research centres and laboratories. Students are engaged as research assistants by professors of the programmes. Visible outcomes include students’ participation in international conferences (like ISPIM Annual Conference, Real Options Conference, GSOM Emerging Markets Conference, EIASM Workshop on Intangibles and others), and/or publications in leading national peer-review journals (Russian Management Journal, Innovation, Journal of Corporate Finance Research and others), which occurs annually.
