Between December 10, 2018 and January 31, 2019, the Center for International Cooperation runs a series of information sessions and webinars regarding the international student mobility in the Fall Semester 2019-2020.

Samrat Sil, a second-year student of MA Program in Applied and Interdisciplinary History, participated in a Summer School for students and young researchers from BRICS countries which took place at Fudan University, China, on July 6 – August 3, 2016.

"Research internship in Tsarskoe Selo gave us a great experience of advanced training in applied history"

First-year students of the Master's program in Applied and Interdisciplinary History Alina Zgolaya, Anna Rokhloi, and Pavel Savchenko did practical projects for Kochubey’s Mansion in Tsarskoe Selo as a part of their research internship in May-June 2016.

The Master's Program in History at HSE - Saint-Petersburg and the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) will continue their cooperation in the 2016/2017 academic year

The University of Jyväskylä (JYU) received funding from the Centre for International Mobility (CIMO) of Finland for intensifying an international student and teacher exchange with HSE –  Saint-Petersburg through the Finnish-Russian Student and Teacher Exchange Network (FIRST) and developing and organizing a joint intensive course.

Samrat Sil, a first-year student of MA Program in Applied and Interdisciplinary History, was awarded a Shanghai Summer School Scholarship to participate in a Summer School - 2016 by Fudan University (China) for students and young researchers from BRICS countries.

During the third module of the 2015/2016 academic year Samrat Sil, a master’s student currently enrolled in the program in Applied and Interdisciplinary history “Usable Pasts”,  served as a teaching assistant to Professor Evgeniy A. Khvalkov for the course of History for undergraduate students pursuing their degree in management. Samrat told about an exciting experience of his first teaching assistant job:

International Masters` student week was held on 14-18 March at the Department of History of the National Research University Higher School of Economics

It was a joint event of the Master Programme “Applied and Interdisciplinary History” of the Department of History (HSE-Saint-Petersburg) and the University of Jyväskylä supported by the Finnish-Russian Student Exchange Programme (FIRST). Five intense days gave about HSE and Jyväskylä`s students a unique experience of research activities, class studies, field trips and a fruitful atmosphere of informal communication. More than 40 students participated.
