Аннотация

Дисциплина “Античность и Византия” относится к циклу общеисторических дисциплин к профессиональному циклу вариативной части образовательной программы «История». В рамках учебной дисциплины реализуются лекционные и семинарские занятия, в ходе которых студенты овладевают комплексными знаниями по истории Античности и Византии.
Цель освоения дисциплины

Цель освоения дисциплины

  • Сформировать у студентов представление о важнейших сторонах цивилизаций Древней Греции, Древнего Рима и Византии, об их исторических достижениях и историко-культурном наследии.
  • Сформировать у студентов комплекс знаний об античности и Византии в контексте истории древнего мира и истории средних веков в целом, об этапах и конкретных формах синхронизированного развития античного мира, Древней Греции, Древнего Рима и Византии в их цивилизационном единстве.
  • Выработать у студентов навыки и умения, необходимые для проведения исследований в области исторических и филологических дисциплин, и способности к критическому, научному подходу к явлениям прошлого.
  • Сформировать у студентов умение работать с античными и средневековыми византийскими историческими источниками, навыков междисциплинарного анализа.
