The Call for academic mobility in the Spring semester of 2023 at HSE University-St Petersburg partner-universities is open now. Academic mobility at a partner university is an opportunity to study for free at one of the partner-universities. You can apply until October 5, 11:59 pm (Moscow time).
You can find the information about all the HSE-St Petersburg partner-universities on this webpage. Before applying, you need to examine the list of necessary documents, rules of participation and requirements for candidates, which are published on our website and in our VK group. If you have not found the necessary information on the site, then you can write to us at outgoingspb@hse.ru or sign up for a personal consultation, filling in this form.

General Presentation on International Academic Mobility Programmes for HSE University-St Petersburg
At the event, the staff of the International Student Mobility Office will tell about the Academic Mobility Programmes of HSE University-St Petersburg, the current Call for the Spring semester 2023, and answer the students' questions.

General Presentation on International Academic Mobility Programmes for HSE University-St Petersburg Presentation on Double Degree Programmes (DDP).
At the event, the staff of the International Student Mobility Office will tell about the Academic Mobility Programmes of HSE University-St Petersburg, the current Call for the Spring semester 2023, and answer the students' questions. The staff of the Office for the International Accreditations and Network Programmes will talk about the DDP and answer the students' questions.
Format: Online, on the Zoom platform (the link will be sent an hour before the event). Pre-registration is required.
