Lecture "Management & Leadership Styles Within Cultural Frameworks"

May, 23th 2017 Minor Programme in International Business invites everyone to the guest lecture «Management & Leadership Styles Within Cultural Frameworks» in the frames of minor programme in International Business.

The lecture will cover interrelation between management and leadership, specifics of Russian managerial practices  as well as cultural influences and their  impact on management styles. . The speaker will dwell upon Hofstede's cultural dimensions theory and share her experience of cross-cultural communications as well as the latest leadership approaches.
